Currently serving as Sales and Operations India at Rare Rabbit since September 2019, Aashita previously held the position of Area Operations Manager at Bestseller India from April 2015 to July 2019 and worked as a Store Manager at Puma from January 2010 to September 2013, overseeing a significant business volume and managing employee retention strategies. Earlier in the career, Aashita was an Account Manager at Entertainment Network India Pvt. Ltd- Radio Mirchi, focusing on marketing and advertising solutions for clients, and worked as a Relationship Manager at Reliance Security Services Ltd- Reliance Money, catering to financial needs of high-net-worth individuals and generating substantial revenue.
