Richa Singh has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Richa most recently worked at The House of Rare as the Head of HR for Corporate and Retail divisions. Prior to that, they were the lead for People, Talent, and Culture at SLAY Coffee. Richa also served as a Human Resources Business Partner at Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd. and as the Lead for Talent Acquisition at Swiggy. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Samar Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd., Reliance Brands Ltd., and House of Anita Dongre Ltd. Richa started their career as a Recruitment Partner at Dhruv Consultants, where they provided recruitment consultation to various national and international clients.
