Shijith Nambiar has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Shijith started their career in 2008 as a Store Operations Manager at Madura Garments, where they handled various responsibilities such as achieving monthly targets, inventory management, visual merchandising, and staff handling. In 2009, they transitioned to Mahindra Retail Pvt.Ltd as an Assistant Manager in Retail Planning and Supply Chain, focusing on optimizing store inventory and managing stock allocation. After working for Mahindra Retail Pvt.Ltd, Shijith joined Medlife.com in 2015 as a Manager in Sales and Operations Planning, where they were responsible for handling replenishment, procurement, and negotiating discounts with vendors. Currently, Shijith is working at Rare Rabbit as the Head of Planning and Buying Retail Sales, where they manage retail planning and logistics. Shijith'sresponsibilities include developing procurement strategies, analyzing consumer buying patterns, predicting future trends, allocating budgets, planning merchandise, selecting vendors, and driving sales. Shijith is known for their attention to detail, customer orientation, and ability to introduce new products to the market.

Shijith Nambiar completed a Bachelor's of Hotel Management degree with a focus on F&B at MS Ramaiah College of Hotel Management. This education took place from 2003 to 2007.
