Jackie Besse

Jackie Besse is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager and Administrative Officer at The House of the Seven Gables since March 2023, Jackie previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Pilgrim Parking, Inc. from May 2017 to February 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing compensation and benefits guidance and conducting open enrollment for health care and 401K plans. Prior experience includes roles in business line human resources at AAA, supporting multiple departments and managing employee relations for over 200 employees, and senior roles at Exact and Motorola focused on consulting, organizational design, and talent development. Education was obtained at Danville Area Community College/Danville Junior College.
