Eli Rollman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. They started their career as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Hon. Bernice Donald at the U.S. District Court, Western District of Tennessee in 1999. After that, they worked as an Attorney at Goldberg Kohn Ltd. from 2000 to 2002, and later at Krasnow Saunders Cornblath, LLP from 2002 to 2005.

In 2006, Eli Rollman transitioned into the field of education as a Social Studies Student-Teacher at Evanston Township High School. This experience led them to become a Social Studies Teacher at Lakes Community High School from 2007 to 2011, where they taught various subjects and developed a course on the American Legal System.

From 2011 to 2016, Eli Rollman joined the Schuler Scholar Program, initially as an Educational Counselor and later as a School Director. In the latter role, they oversaw a comprehensive college access program for low-income, minority, first-generation students and managed a team of employees, helping students gain admission to highly selective colleges.

In 2016, Eli Rollman became an Educational Consultant at Power Through Education, where they provided consulting services on educational issues in the Chicago and northern Illinois region. They also brought their teaching experience to the role, having previously taught English as a Second Language in Guatemala and Social Studies in Illinois public high schools.

In 2017, Eli Rollman became the Executive Director of the Chicago Chess Foundation, before moving on to co-found and serve as the Senior Advisor of The House Tutoring Lounge in 2018. They played a crucial role in designing, building, and running the tutoring lounge, overseeing operations, developing strategies for growth, networking with professionals, and managing various aspects of the organization.

Currently, Eli Rollman works at Marie Murphy Middle School as an Instructional Assistant. In this role, they provide support to middle school students with diverse needs, both inside and outside the classroom.

Eli Rollman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Oberlin College, where they studied from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1988, they attended Phillips Academy Andover to complete their high school education. Afterwards, they pursued a Juris Doctor degree in law at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where they studied from 1996 to 1999. Finally, from 2005 to 2007, Eli Rollman pursued a Master of Science in Education degree at Northwestern University.
