Gill Payne

Gill Payne is an experienced leader in the housing and rural development sectors, currently serving as Non Executive Director at The Housing Finance Corp. Ltd. since March 2016 and as Director of Policy and External Affairs at the National Housing Federation since October 2011. In these roles, Gill Payne oversees policy formulation, regional engagement, communications, and strategic change implementation. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director and Interim CEO at the Commission for Rural Communities from May 2006 to March 2011, and as OD & Change Manager at the Countryside Agency from June 2002 to May 2006. Education was received at Lady Margaret School in London.
