Minna Saarni

Minna Saarni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and education. Currently serving as the Head of People at Asuntosäätiö since April 2017, Minna oversees full HR responsibilities and enhances customer experience and cooperation. Previous roles include Recruitment Coordinator at Stockmann and HRD Specialist, where Minna contributed significantly to training programs and cultural change initiatives. Earlier experience includes teaching home economics and health education, entrepreneurial work as a freelance journalist, and various positions in project management and coordination. Minna holds a Master’s degree in Education from the University of Helsinki.
