Kendace Culbreth

Ms. Culbreth has over 25 years of experience serving as a trusted leader and advisor in the areas of Human Resources and HSE. She oversees the strategy and execution of Human Resources, employee communication and engagement, DE&I, and Talent Management. Prior to joining Houston Food Bank in 2021, Ms. Culbreth held senior leadership roles in various for-profit industries, including Logistics, Distribution, and Transportation.

She holds a B.S. in Social Work from Metropolitan State University, an M.S. in Organizational Leadership & Human Resources from Regis University and is SPHR and SHRM-SCP certified.
