Mackenzie also serves as a Councillor for the Town of Fort Macleod. With a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Lethbridge, Mackenzie has held various HR and Health and Safety management positions in different companies, including Structural Truss Systems LTD. and Forma Steel. Mackenzie has also volunteered at the Human Resources Institute of Alberta and managed the Fort Macleod Market on Main. Throughout Mackenzie's career, the focus has been on improving organizational performance, employee satisfaction, and overall success.
