Ilene Nelson is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in various industries, including health technology, biopharmaceuticals, and industrial manufacturing. Currently a member of The HR Roundtable since October 2023, Ilene previously served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Anju Software, where leadership included global human resources and compliance, culminating in a successful private equity transaction. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources at OPKO Health, Senior Director of Human Resources at Noven Pharmaceuticals, and Vice President of Human Resources at Crane Co. Ilene began a career in human resources at First Data Corporation, progressing to Director level, following earlier experience in educational services at Keiser University. Academic credentials comprise a Doctor of Law from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Art History from the University of Vermont.
