Jennifer Cole Leonard

Jennifer Cole Leonard is an experienced physical therapist with a diverse background in pediatric therapy and clinical practice. Currently serving as the Lead Physical Therapist at Premier Pediatric Therapy Source, Inc. since December 2020, Jennifer also founded NOVA Physical Therapy & Wellness in January 2019, specializing in aquatic therapy and adapted swimming for children in Northern Virginia. Jennifer's professional journey includes roles at The HSC Health Care System as a PRN Inpatient Physical Therapist, Achieve Beyond as a Pediatric Physical Therapist and PTA Supervisor, and Good Beginnings as a Pediatric Physical Therapist and Student/Volunteer Coordinator. Previous positions include clinical practice coordination and staff physical therapy at HSC Pediatric Center and experience as a physical therapy technician at Burke Rehabilitation Center. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from New York Medical College and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from Bridgewater College.
