Tomas Janeliunas

Tomas Janeliunas is a distinguished academic and researcher currently serving as a Visiting Fellow for the BAFF Research Fellowship at the Hudson Institute since April 2024. Janeliunas holds the position of Chief Research Officer at the Eastern Europe Studies Centre and has been the Director of the Energy Research Institute since October 2018. Additionally, Janeliunas has been a Professor at Vilnius University, TSPMI since September 2015. Prior to these roles, Janeliunas worked as an Editor in Politics at UAB "Intelligent Media" from February 2010 to April 2019. Academic credentials include a PhD in International Relations and Political Science obtained from Vilnius University between 1995 and 2005.
