Michael Rogers

Dr Rogers is a consultant with over 30 years’ experience gained in many fields of employment but most recently in the United Kingdom Diplomatic Service and the European Commission. He works on subjects at the interface between risk, ethics and law in academia and for foundations and industry. He was previously the Adviser for Science and Ethics within the European Commission’s Bureau of European Policy Advisers, which reports directly to the President of the European Commission. Dr. Michael Rogers was responsible for advice concerning science and society and was Secretary of the European Group on Ethics in Science and New Technologies.
