Elisabetta Randazzo

Elisabetta Randazzo is an experienced professional with a strong background in exhibition management, corporate communication, and leadership development. Currently serving as Exhibition Manager at The Human Safety Net since February 2022, Elisabetta previously contributed to Generali from June 2016 to February 2022 in various roles, including Group Leadership Development & Academy, where support was provided for strategic initiatives aimed at cultural transformation and creating managerial training programs. Additional experience includes responsibilities in media relations and web communication, along with participation in the International Training Centre of the ILO's Enterprise, Microfinance and Development Programme.
