Lucie Modra' currently serves as the Expatriate Management Mobility Manager at Generali since February 2013 and holds the position of THSN Ambassador - Reporter at The Human Safety Net since December 2022. Prior experience includes a role in banking, credit, and investment activities at Banca Generali from May 2006 to January 2013. Lucie Modra' has advanced education credentials, including a Master's degree in HR & Global Mobility from Erasmus University Rotterdam (January 2022 - January 2023) and a Master's degree in Political Sciences from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna (1999 - 2005). Additional professional development includes studies at Università Bocconi from February 2023 to June 2023.

The Human Safety Net is a global movement of people helping people. Our mission is to unlock the potential of people living in vulnerable circumstances, so that they can transform the lives of their families and communities. Our programs support vulnerable families with young children (0-6 years) and integrate refugees through work and entrepreneurship. To do so, we bring together the strengths of non-profit organizations and the private sector, in Europe, Asia and South America. We are an open net and we welcome working with companies, organizations and foundations who share the same goals. The Human Safety Net is now active in over 20 countries. Our home is in Venice, in the historic Procuratie Vecchie on St Mark’s Square.
