Tiffani Ashley Bell

Tiffani Ashley Bell is an accomplished founder and executive director with extensive experience in technology and community service. As the founder of The Human Utility since July 2014, Tiffani built a platform that connects global donors with over 2,000 low-income and elderly families in Detroit and Baltimore needing water bill assistance, significantly impacting the lives of more than 300 children in 2017 alone. Tiffani has also held fellow positions at the Harvard Kennedy School and Code for America, focusing on technology and civic innovation. Earlier in their career, Tiffani founded Pencil You In, a service that enables online appointment scheduling, and worked as a web developer at R4 Incorporated, where Tiffani developed a purchase order tracking system. Tiffani's educational background includes a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a degree in Systems & Computer Science from Howard University.
