Otis Douce is the Director of Equity, Inclusion, and Global Diversity at The Hun School of Princeton. They also serve as a faculty member at Princeton University, focusing on supporting high-achieving, low-income high school students through the Princeton University Preparatory Program. Additionally, they have experience as a Multicultural Coordinator at the University of New Hampshire and as a Coordinator for Diversity Activities at SUNY Potsdam. Otis holds a Master of Arts in Development Policy and Practice from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from St. Lawrence University. They earned a B.A in History and Sociology from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
