Lane Russell

Lane Russell currently holds the position of Director of National Programs at The Hunt Institute since October 2023. Prior to this role, Lane worked as the Director of Community Engagement at America's Promise from March 2011 to July 2019. Lane also served as an Associate at the Institute for Youth, Education, and Families at the National League of Cities from December 2007 to April 2011. With a background as an Event Coordinator at the Mayor's Office for Children, Youth, and Families in the City of Charleston, Lane has experience in program coordination and management. Lane holds a Master of Public Administration from the College of Charleston, where they also obtained a degree in Sociology.
