Heather Clark, MS, SHRM-SCP, SPHR has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Their most recent position is as the Chief Administrative / Human Resource Officer at Huntzinger, where they are responsible for the management of day-to-day business operations and developing strategies and policies to achieve long-term company objectives. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Human Resource Officer, overseeing the strategic direction and alignment of human resources and talent acquisition with corporate objectives. Heather has also worked as the Director of Human Resources, contributing to the formation of subsidiary companies and establishing a competitive employment model. Heather began their career as the Human Resource Manager, where they played a significant role in establishing processes and mechanisms to support the company's growth. Additionally, they founded the Human Resource Department in a start-up company, designing benefits and compensation structures and creating policies and procedures. In addition to their corporate experience, Heather has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Keystone College.
