Scott Staelgraeve

Scott Staelgraeve possesses extensive experience in strategic planning, leadership, and organizational development across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Administrative Officer and Chief of Staff at the University of Michigan’s School of Information, Scott leads key initiatives aligned with the institution's strategic goals. Concurrently, as a Leadership Consultant for the Catholic Leadership Institute, Scott supports church leaders through coaching and data-driven analysis. Previous roles include Director of Strategy and Business Performance at the Michigan Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, where Scott drove innovation and customer service improvements, and various leadership positions at Cabela's, where operational excellence was achieved. Scott holds an MBA in Finance from Baker College and a B.S. in Fisheries and Wildlife from Michigan State University.
