Jake Nightingale

Jake Nightingale is an experienced compliance professional with a strong background in regulatory affairs and management. Currently serving as Compliance Manager at THG since August 2019, Jake has progressed through roles including Senior Regulatory Compliance Officer and Regulatory Compliance Officer. Prior experience at Asda spanned from July 2011 to August 2019, where Jake held positions such as Section Leader/Duty Manager and Key Colleague. Additionally, a year spent as a Year in Industry Student at RB focused on Regulatory Affairs. Jake holds a BSc in Biological Sciences from Teesside University and is pursuing a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management from the Chartered Management Institute, expected to complete in January 2024.
