Prior to their current role, Douglas held various positions such as Partner at OakGrove Residential, Area Vice President & Development Partner at JPI, Vice President of Development at Northland Investment Corporation, Vice President of Development at Amicus Healthcare, and Development Manager at Leggat McCall Properties. Douglas obtained their Masters of Urban Planning in Real Estate Development from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and received a BS in Urban and Regional Planning from Cornell University.
