Hayley Fussell

Hayley Fussell has had a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Hayley most recently served as the Human Resources Director at The ICEE Company since December 2019. Prior to that, they held the position of Regional Human Resources Director at AseraCare from August 2017 to December 2019.

Hayley also worked at Brookdale from August 2014 to August 2017, where they served as a Regional Human Resources Director. In this role, they oversaw the Brookdale Hospice product line supporting 17 networks in 11 states, as well as the Southwest Division for Brookdale Healthcare Services supporting six networks in Texas and New Mexico. Hayley collaborated with top-level management to develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve overall company goals.

Earlier in their career, Hayley worked at Target from June 2012 to August 2014 as a Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, they supervised daily HR operations, ensured accuracy and timeliness of HR programs, and provided policy and procedure clarification to leaders and team members. From January 2009 to June 2012, they also worked at Target as a Human Resources Executive, contributing to the company's goal of becoming the Best in culture, brand, and reputation.

Hayley started their career as a Public Relations Intern at the American Heart Association from September 2006 to December 2008.

Hayley Fussell obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida College of Journalism and Communications from 2006 to 2008. Hayley also received a certification in "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers" from LinkedIn in March 2021.
