Justine R. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Justine began their career as a Quality Assistant at Quadripack in 2010, where they gained experience in quality control and HACCP. Justine then worked as a Research and Development Assistant at Sensient Technologies Corporation in 2012 and at Soufflet Alimentaire from 2010 to 2013.
In 2014, Justine joined Doltone House as a Cook, where they were responsible for food preparation, plate up, and food safety management. Justine later progressed to the role of Demi-Chef, Chef De Partie, and finally Senior Chef de Partie. In these roles, they gained experience in running events, managing teams, ordering, and kitchen organization.
In 2019, Justine worked as a Production Supervisor at Gate Gourmet, overseeing a team and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and HACCP.
From 2020 to 2022, Justine worked at Choices Food Group as a QA Officer & Process Technologist, where they focused on quality assurance and new product development. Justine later took on the role of NPD Manager.
Most recently, Justine joined THE ICONIC in 2023 as a Loss Prevention Analyst.
Justine R. has a diverse education history. Justine started their education at Lycée Ernest Pérochon Parthenay in France from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained their French Baccalaureat. Justine then went on to study at IUT Poitiers in France from 2007 to 2009, earning an Associate's degree in Chemistry. After that, they attended IUT Poitiers again from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained another Associate's degree. Justine then pursued their passion for food at ISA Group Lille in France from 2010 to 2013, earning an Engineer's degree in Food Science and Technology. Lastly, they attended Metro College of Technology in Australia until 2014, where they obtained a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, specializing in Hospitality.
