Peihua Liang

Peihua Liang has a diverse range of work experience in the field of social compliance and sustainability. Peihua is currently a Social Compliance Manager at THE ICONIC, where they oversee the social compliance and sustainability performance of suppliers. Prior to this, they worked as a Sustainability Specialist at Fiskars Group, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and managing risks at supplier operations. Peihua also gained experience as a Specialist at TFT - The Forest Trust, where they focused on transparent supply chain mapping and conducting field assessments for suppliers. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Social Auditor at 必维国际检验集团, where they were responsible for conducting social audits.

Peihua Liang completed their education at Sichuan Police College from 2008 to 2012, earning a degree in Law. They also obtained additional certifications including SA8000 basic auditor from Social Accountability International in June 2018, "New Supervisor" Micro-specialty from Zhongou International Business School in January 2017, and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in September 2021.
