Aleš Vlasák

Ale Quintero is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in leading design teams and creating innovative solutions in various sectors, particularly in health and human services. Currently serving as Head of Design at Cooler since July 2023, Ale has previously held key positions including Lead Product Designer at Healthy Together and Lead Experience Designer at Sofía, where contributions focused on reimagining health insurance and enhancing user experience. Ale began a design career as a Freelance Designer, working with early-stage companies and co-founding The Handsome Pig, developing product concepts and business strategies. A background includes roles at Rehilete Estudio Creativo, where collaborations with major brands such as Universal Music Group occurred, and earlier experiences at Decofuego Chimeneas and Fundacion Comunitaria Oaxaca A.C. Ale Quintero holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
