Sean Flynn

Sean Flynn has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and business consulting industries. Sean started their career as the CEO of System Constructs, a management and technology consultancy, where they designed and developed applications for clients such as Dun and Bradstreet and Time/Warner. Sean then became the CEO of Information Decisions, a systems integration company serving companies in the Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana area.

Following that, Sean worked as the VP of Systems Integration at SofTech, where they focused on CAD/CAM and PLM services. Sean then joined AIRTIME-Manager as the Chief Product Officer, leading product development and working closely with the CEO to launch new products and onboard clients.

Sean later served as the GM of Mobile Games at Massive (Microsoft), before moving on to become the Founding CTO of Live Gamer, where they led the initial product launch of the LiveGamer P2P trading platform and advised the CEO on the company's evolution. Sean also held the position of CTO at Duel for a brief period.

In 2006, Sean became the CEO of The Purchase Decision Network, a company that targets consumers planning and shopping at retail via shopping apps on their phones. Sean then founded Ontime Ops in 2010, a company that provides data ingestion and business process support services to financial and hedge fund organizations.

Currently, Sean is the CEO of The Idea Compiler, a product development agency that delivers software development, cloud operations, and application support to enterprises and start-ups across various industries.

Throughout their career, Sean has demonstrated their expertise in leading teams, developing products, and driving growth in the technology and consulting sectors.

Sean Flynn attended the University of Chicago from 1979 to 1983, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Physics.
