Jono Young

Jono Young is an accomplished design and technology professional with extensive experience in enhancing user experience and product design. As the Director of Technology and Design Lead at The Ideal Life since August 2023, Jono focuses on improving usability and reducing costs through effective product development strategies. As the Director of Design and Strategy at WePiphany, LLC since March 2015, Jono provides consultancy on user experience, marketing, and strategic reporting. Previous roles include leading product design initiatives at Transaction Data Systems and Tabula Rasa HealthCare, where significant increases in user metrics and revenue were achieved through innovative design solutions. Jono's career began in web design and has evolved through various leadership roles, alongside academic involvement as an adjunct professor in web design. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Visual Communication and Graphic Design from Stevenson University, Jono's expertise spans a range of technologies and design methodologies.
