Patrick Murphy

Patrick Murphy, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Patrick is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations & Purchasing at The IFH Group, Inc. since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Operations at the same company from August 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining The IFH Group, Inc., Patrick worked at Accuride Corporation as the Value Stream Manager for Machining Operations from February 2017 to August 2021.

Patrick also has extensive experience at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where they held various roles. Patrick served as the Die Shop/Operations Manager for Stamping Operations at the Belvidere Assembly Plant from January 2015 to February 2017. Before that, they were the Die Shop Supervisor from January 2012 to January 2015 and the Production Supervisor from June 2010 to January 2012. Patrick initially started their career at FCA as a Tool & Die Maker from July 1999 to June 2010.

Patrick began their professional journey as a Tool and Die Maker at Rockford Toolcraft from June 1991 to July 1999.

Patrick Murphy, MBA has a Bachelor's degree in BSMS (Bachelors of Science in Management Studies) from Rockford University. Patrick also holds a Journeyman certificate in Tool and Die Technology/Technician from Rock Valley College. Additionally, they have a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Rockford University.

Patrick has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Patrick completed the Advanced Leadership Excellence & Executive Coaching program at Academy Leadership in September 2019. In August 2019, they completed the Social and Behavioral Research program at CITI Program, A Division of BRANY. In May 2018, they completed the Leadership Excellence Course at Academy Leadership. Patrick also holds a Level Scheduling Certificate from HARRIS LEAN SYSTEMS, INC., obtained in October 2017. Moreover, they possess a Journeyman Tool & Die Maker certificate from the U.S. Department of Labor, obtained in September 1995.
