Dave Keller is currently the President at INSX Cloud and IHC Specialty Benefits. Dave has been a leader in providing quote and enrollment solutions for insurance agents, issuers, and associations since the beginning of the ACA. With expertise in building technology solutions for payers, Dave also has experience in managing regional sales force for group and individual medical at Assurant Health. Dave holds a degree from Denison University.
