Joyce Teshak has extensive experience in healthcare and business management, currently serving as a USAA Direct Agent at The IHC Group since September 2020. Prior to this role, Joyce worked at Genesis Medical Center from August 2008 to October 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing care coordination and supervising office staff while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Earlier experience includes serving as Business Manager and Chiropractic Assistant at Healing Hands Wellness Center, managing operations and handling medical billing, as well as serving as Business/Sales Manager at Amtri Appliance and Co-Owner/Sales Manager at All PC Computing Center, Inc., where significant sales achievements were noted.
