Loan Nisser

Loan Nisser started their work experience in 1998 as an Associate at Latham & Watkins, where they focused on private placement of debt and equity securities. Loan then worked at K&L Gates as a Business Law Associate, representing portfolio companies, public pension funds, founders, and start-ups in private equity and venture capital transactions. In 2006, they joined Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP as a Business Law Associate, where they advised domestic companies in various projects and worked with multinational organizations such as the World Bank. Loan is currently working at Independence Holding Company as an Assistant General Counsel and 1st Vice President.

Loan Nisser attended the University of Rochester from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. They double majored in Biology and English during their undergraduate studies. After completing their bachelor's degree, Loan Nisser enrolled at the Boston University School of Law from 1995 to 1998, where they earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree specializing in Law.
