Michelle Rovn

Michelle Rovn has a diverse work experience across various companies. Michelle started their career at Manpower Inc. in 1993 as a Staffing Representative and later worked their way up to become a Branch Manager, responsible for opening a new territory office in St. Augustine Beach, FL. Michelle then joined Manpower Inc. as a District Manager from 1999 to 2003. Michelle Rovn also worked at First National Bank of Arizona as an HR Business Partner from 2005 to 2008. Michelle then joined Mutual of Omaha as a Human Resource professional from 2008 to 2011. Currently, they are working at The IHC Group, where they have held different roles such as HR Manager, AVP, Human Resource Manager, and currently serves as the VP of Human Resources.

Michelle Rovn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Michelle attended the university from 1990 to 1993.
