Roxana Osuna

Roxana Osuna is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in compliance and transportation management. Since 2007, Roxana has served as the Senior Compliance Officer and Transportation and Quality Supervisor at The ILS Company, overseeing daily departmental activities, managing employee recruitment and training, investigating customer complaints, and maintaining the Quality System. Prior to this, Roxana worked at The Offshore Group as an Import/Export Team Leader from February 2005 to April 2007, where responsibilities included directing team activities and ensuring accurate customs documentation for shipping. Roxana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Arizona and a Master's degree in Management from the University of Phoenix.
