Octavio A. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, hospitality, and athletics. Currently serving as the Director of Operations for North America at The iLUKA Collective since August 2025, Octavio previously held various roles at the LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games, including Senior Associate for Commercial Hospitality Program Management. Additionally, Octavio acted as an On-Site Hospitality Program Manager for the Paris 2024 Games and co-founded Alpha Aquatics, where significant growth in membership and securing a new Aquatics Center was achieved. As a two-time Olympic athlete representing Venezuela, Octavio excelled in swimming, achieving notable placements in international competitions. Octavio holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Studies from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
