Paul Simon has a diverse work experience with roles in various companies. Paul started their career in 1996 as a Graduate Marketing Scheme participant at BT. Paul then worked as an Affinity Marketing Manager, Rugby World Cup Sponsorship Marketing Manager, and Sponsorship & Communications Manager at BT. In 2001, they became a Sponsorship Manager and Head of Partner Marketing at BT. From 2006 to 2008, they served as the Head of Sponsorship at BT. After leaving BT in 2008, Paul worked as an Independent Sponsorship Consultant, delivering projects for BT and other potential 2012 sponsors. Paul joined The iLUKA Collective in 2010, initially as a Senior Account Director and subsequently held roles such as Deputy Client Services Director, Director, Head of Relationship Management, Commercial Director and Head of Asia, and currently serves as the Managing Director.

Paul Simon attended Highfields School Matlock, although the specific years are unknown. Paul then went on to attend The University of Manchester from 1992 to 1996, where they studied International Management & American Business Studies.
