Nicole Elkington

Nicole Elkington, BSN, RN, CCM, currently serves as the Department Manager for the Telephonic Case Management department at The IMA Group since June 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Quality Assurance RN Specialist and Case Management Nurse at Intermountain Healthcare from 2018 to 2020, as well as a NICU Registered Nurse in various newborn care units. Nicole has worked at Timpanogos Regional Hospital as a Registered Nurse in maternity and labor services and served as Operations Analytics Manager at Covenant Care, focusing on healthcare operations analysis in skilled nursing facilities. Previous experience also includes administrative roles at Mountain Land Rehabilitation, where Nicole managed a home health agency and served as Director of Operations for rehab services. Early career positions include sales roles at Nordstrom and Macy's, as well as an assistant director position with Utah Humanities. Nicole holds an Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Ameritech College of Healthcare and a Bachelor of Nursing from Dixie State University.
