Kathleen Sack is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent management, executive coaching, and organizational development. Currently serving as Manager of the Executive Coaching Practice at The Impact Center since March 2023, Kathleen has previously held key roles such as Vice President of Global Talent Management at Blumont, Vice President of Talent Management, Inclusion and Operations at KaBOOM!, and Vice President of Talent & Organization Development at the American Red Cross. Other notable positions include Senior Human Resources Consultant at Smart HR, Inc. and Managing Principal at Korn/Ferry International. Kathleen is also a former business owner of TLP Consultants, LLC, a boutique consulting firm. Kathleen earned a Master’s degree in HR Management from Marymount University and a Bachelor's degree in Home Economics from Radford University.
