General Manager at The Improv Shop

Andy Sloey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, education, and sales. Currently serving as the General Manager at The Improv Shop since March 2015, Andy also contributes to the academic community as an Adjunct Professor at Webster University, teaching improv to acting majors in their upper-level courses. Previous roles include Bionic SDR at Sapper Consulting, LLC from December 2020 to June 2021, and Sales Representative at Meramec Instrument Transformer from August 2007 to February 2015. Andy holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Theatre from Webster University, earned between 1998 and 2002.

Since 2009, The Improv Shop has been teaching students from the St. Louis area the art, tenets, and love of improvisation. Since its inception, The Improv Shop has grown exponentially and now resides in a two-venue theater space in The Grove.
