Clark Pennington serves as the Executive Director of the First Responders Action Group (FRAG), a nonprofit organization that supports first responders and Veterans across the nation. As Chief Operating Officer of The Independence Fund, Clark Pennington focuses on innovative programs that enhance the independence of servicemembers and combat Veterans. Previously, Clark Pennington held significant leadership roles, including Chief of Police for Matthews Police Department and various commander positions within the Frederick Police Department. Additionally, Clark Pennington has experience as an adjunct professor at several universities and served in the US Army as a Military Police officer. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Management from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice from Mount St. Mary's University, along with training from the FBI National Academy.
