Ben Agar

Ben Agar has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ben started their career as a Recruitment Coordinator at Bank of America in 2007. Ben then worked as a Team Leader at Act4Africa in 2010 before joining Manning Gottlieb OMD in 2012 as an Investment Executive in the digital department. In 2015, they transitioned to MediaCom as a Content Partnerships Manager, where they focused on content curation, sponsorship, and brand partnerships. In 2016, they became the Director and owner of 'The Lambassadors,' a street food and pop-up business, where they managed projects, product quality, and commercial development. Ben joined ESI Media as a Digital Account Manager in 2019 and later moved to The Independent in 2020, first as a Group Head, Creative Solutions, and currently as the Head of Client Development.

Ben Agar attended Newcastle University from 2008 to 2011. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Politics and successfully obtained a 2:1 classification.
