Mandip Ahdan

Mandip Ahdan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Mandip started their career in 2001 as a Web Developer, responsible for designing and developing product pages for various companies using ColdFusion, HTML, CSS, and Access. Mandip also worked on designing and developing kiosks for Sainsbury's banking and live information LCD displays.

In 2005, they joined Redant Design as a Front End Developer, where they designed and developed websites and digital documents for clients using HTML, CSS, MySQL, ColdFusion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, Flash, and Actionscript.

From 2006 to 2012, Mandip worked as a Lead/Senior Front End Developer at Primelocation/The Digital Property Group, where they played a key role in designing and developing frontend solutions.

Mandip then joined Win Technologies in 2013 as a Lead/Senior Front End Developer and continued their frontend development work until 2014.

In 2014, Mandip joined Findmypast as a Senior Front End Developer, where they worked until 2017.

Mandip then briefly worked as a Technical Team Lead at Poke in 2017 before moving on to Conversocial as a Senior Frontend Developer.

In 2019, Mandip joined Credit Benchmark as a Front End Developer and later moved to ESI Media as the Head Of Development, where they established, managed, and built cross-functional product and engineering teams.

Currently, they are working at The Independent as the Head of Engineering, a position they have held since 2019.

Mandip Ahdan completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Interactive Digital Media from Solent University between 2002 and 2004.
