Kevin Krapp has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, having held various leadership roles across multiple companies. As Area Director at The Indigo Road Restaurant Group from July 2014 to December 2018, Kevin focused on customer loyalty and team building. Prior roles included Director of Operations at Avalon, overseeing Oak Steakhouse and Colletta Italian Food & Wine, where responsibilities included budgeting and P&L management. Kevin's experience also includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, General Manager at Southeast Linen Associates, and Service Manager at Bone's Steakhouse, where customer relations and sales growth were paramount. Kevin began a career in management and training at Sedgwick Restaurant Group & Affiliated Restaurants. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Economics from the College of Charleston.
