Koren Brown is a Payroll Benefits Coordinator at The Industrial Service Group since November 2023, bringing extensive experience in benefits and payroll analysis from a previous role at ProTrans. At ProTrans, Koren demonstrated expertise in managing the new hire process, developing standard operating procedures, and maintaining HRIS systems. Prior to this, at Nexus Valve, Inc., Koren served as an Executive Assistant, providing administrative support to upper management and assisting with HR functions. Koren's career began with roles such as Administrative Assistant at ATRenovations and Customer Service Representative at Xerox, showcasing strong organizational and clerical skills. Educational qualifications include certifications in Organizational Leadership and Human Resource Management, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Ivy Tech Community College.
