Josh Filan

Josh Filan has extensive work experience in product design and management. Josh is currently a Senior Product Design Manager at The Infatuation since May 2023. Previously, they worked as the Director of Product Design at Morning Brew from January 2022 to March 2023.

Before joining Morning Brew, Josh held various positions at Beautycounter from April 2017 to December 2021. Josh started as a Sr. UI Designer and later became a Product Design Manager and Sr. Product Design Manager.

Prior to their time at Beautycounter, Josh worked at The Honest Company as a Lead Designer for Web from February 2016 to December 2016, and as a Sr. Designer for Web from October 2014 to February 2016.

Josh's earlier experiences include working at CW Marketing as a Sr. UX Designer from December 2012 to June 2014, and at Modnique as a Sr. UX/UI Designer from January 2012 to December 2012. Josh also worked at Bidz.com as a UX/UI Designer from October 2010 to January 2012, and as a Web and Graphic Designer from July 2008 to October 2010.

Throughout their career, Josh has demonstrated skills in design, development, project management, and optimizing front-end code. Josh has experience with various frameworks, technologies, and tools in an Agile/SCRUM development environment.

Josh Filan has a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Creative Writing from California State University, Long Beach. The start and end years of their education are not provided.
