Nicole Schumann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nicole is currently working at The Infatuation as the Director of Restaurant Relations, East Coast. Prior to this, they held positions at Drink RAMONA as the Community & Partnerships Manager, inHouse as the Manager of Restaurant Partnerships, Community, & Events, and Aspire Lifestyles as the Restaurant Partnerships Manager - New York City. Nicole also gained experience at RedFarm as the Front Of House Manager, Wine & Spirits Magazine as a Tasting Intern, and Casa Nela as a Manager in Training.
Additionally, they worked as a Chef Assistant at Pig & Prince Restaurant & Gastro Lounge, a Student Wine Tutor at The Culinary Institute of America, and a Line Cook at The Boca Raton Resort and Club. Through these roles, Nicole developed expertise in restaurant relationships, partnerships, and events management, while also honing their culinary skills.
Nicole Schumann completed their Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts Management at The Culinary Institute of America from 2012 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications including the Qualifying Certificate in Food Protection from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene in July 2016, the Level 1 Sommelier certification from The Court of Master Sommeliers in March 2015, and the ServSafe certification from ServSafe Certified in November 2012.
