Howard Sefton has a wealth of experience in the finance industry, with a focus on real estate financing and debt restructuring. Currently serving as a Senior Investment Director at The Ingenious Group, Howard provides lending and bridging finance solutions for projects in England & Wales. Prior to this, Howard held roles at Deutsche Bank and Royal Bank of Scotland Group in credit risk management and real estate restructuring. Howard is a graduate of the University of Birmingham with a degree in Psychology.
