Lisa O'Neill

Lisa O'Neill has an extensive work experience in revenue management and analysis. Lisa most recently served as the Head of Revenue at The Inn Collection Group from September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at BWH Hotel Group GB as a Senior Revenue Management Consultant, where they led a team of cluster revenue managers and executives from June 2018 to August 2022. Lisa also held the position of Revenue Management Consultant at the same company from May 2015 to June 2018.

Before joining BWH Hotel Group GB, Lisa worked at The Travel Chapter as a Group Revenue Manager in January 2015. Lisa also has experience as a Market Revenue Analyst at IG, where they performed financial analysis and market forecasting from June 2012 to December 2014. Additionally, they worked at De Vere Group as a Market Revenue Manager - UK North from October 2005 to May 2012.

Lisa began their career as a Revenue Analyst at QMH UK Limited, where they worked from January 1999 to September 2005. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated a strong ability to lead revenue management teams and implement effective revenue strategies to maximize business performance.

Lisa O'Neill began their education at Northcliffe Comprehensive School from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained 10 GCSE's with grades A to C. Lisa then attended Dearne Valley College from 1998 to 2000, pursuing a BTEC National Diploma in Travel & Tourism. Following this, Lisa attended Cambridge Professional Academy from 2008 to 2010, earning a Diploma in Marketing. In 2017, they completed a program in Certified Hospitality Revenue Manager offered by the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
