Arianna Elia

Arianna Elia is an experienced ICT Recruiter Specialist, currently working at The Innovation Factory since August 2021, and previously held the same position at Gruppo CSI from November 2020 to August 2021. Arianna started their career as a Secretary at Proxima Informatica Spa, where roles extended from January 2020 to November 2020, and included additional responsibilities at Proxima Network in mid-2020. Prior to this, Arianna spent a decade at Nokia as a Senior Receptionist and Office Assistant. Educational qualifications include a degree in Formazione e Sviluppo delle Risorse Umane from Università degli studi Roma TRE, completed in 2019, and a Master's in Gestione, Sviluppo, Amministrazione e Formazione delle Risorse Umane from ISTUM – Istituto di Studi di Management.
