Alicia joined Innovation Group in May 2018, heading up the People Experience team and with one clear goal - making Innovation Group a great place to work! Alicia has previous experience in various local and global lead HR roles in the Financial Services, Information Services and Manufacturing Industries in both Australia and the UK and a particular expertise in organisational change.
